The role:
Knight Frank Australia is lookingfor a Centre Manager lookingto manage a designated portfolio of retail shoppingcentres on behalf of a major national client in Brisbane.The role involves establishing andmaintaining strong, positive relationships with retailers and ensuring thetrading environment is well presented, safe and an inviting destination forcustomers.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide support to the client in administering therequirements of leases and licenses.
* Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate.
* Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditurebudgets.
* Manage and maintain bank guarantees.
* Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level ofpresentation.
* Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries andworks.
* Establish strong relationships with occupiers includingmanaging any complaints.
* Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.
* Provide marketing and promotional activity support.
* Arrears management.
* Monthly financial reporting.
* Expense forecasting

* Previous experience in the Property industry (Retailmanagement essential).
* Certificate of Registration / Agent’s Rep (essential).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
* Customer centric approach.
* Proven time management and organisational skill.
* Knowledge of Centre operations.
