Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individual and group counselling to students.
* Collaborate with school leadership and staff to foster a supportive environment.
* Deliver wellbeing programs and mental health initiatives.
* Support students facing emotional or psychological challenges.
* Maintain accurate records and participate in supervision and professional development.
* Work in a values-driven organisation committed to community impact.

Desired Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in counselling, psychology, or social work.
* Current registration with AHPRA, AASW, ACA, or PACFA .
* Experience delivering individual and group counselling.
* Strong communication and consultation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* High level of emotional intelligence and integrity.
