Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Liquor practice area, you will play an integral role in the success of our On and Off Prem business. Our ideal candidate has some experience within the Australian liquor industry and is customer centric, passionate about innovation, commercially orientated and data-savvy when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking ownership of achieving sales targets for Australia Liquor clients, including proactively identifying revenue opportunities and devising plans for closing these.
* Ensuring accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, in collaboration with the team.
* Leading sales pitches and delivering proposals for major RMS, CGA, and CPS projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Liquor Expertise: Experience working in the Australian Liquor FMCG market, both On and Off Prem ideally.
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Client Management: Extensive experience expanding client portfolios or acquiring new clients.
* Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it to actionable insights.
* Liquor Knowledge: A good understanding of the liquor category in the Australian market, along with passion and knowledge of beer, spirits, wine, and/or RTD alcohol.
