As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic ownership of a portfolio of accounts to service and retain. You'll work closely with broker intermediaries to build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure the commercial success of our business.

**Deliverables**:
The Account Manager is also responsible for:
- Demonstrating ownership and being the central communication point for a portfolio of clients in multiple locations across Oceania and supporting our partners on all general matters relating to our clients policies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as claims, risk and policy administration to lead the successful service of our clients
- Ensuring visibility by performing Market and Client visits (including inter-state) with a developing visitation plan
- Proactively managing renewal pipeline
- Supporting our new business strategy by being involved in our handover process and occasionally attending new business meetings to demonstrate our service offering at point of sale/inception
- Responsible for the renewal process according to our commercial underwriting guidelines
- Managing all incidental correspondence and communication within EH Group.
- Maintaining accurate internal systems and records, as required, be it communication or policy related files
- Participating in and supporting the Account Management team's improvement strategy, taking ownership of tasks and displaying an innovative mindset to offer solutions
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Degree qualifications in a business, finance or related related disciplines
- Sound account management experience across a diverse range of sectors within the credit insurance industry
- Understanding of Comercial Underwriting and Reinsurance Treaty Guidelines
- Understanding and experience of Trade Credit Insurance Underwriting
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and balancing performance, prudent underwriting and client service
- Proven ability to collate commercial underwriting data and present in a clear and concise manner
- Experience utilising IT tools, platforms and systems to manage and deliver work
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain high quality relationships with brokers and partners
- Sound infuencing and negotiation skills with the proven abilty to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
- Well developed collaboration skills and proven ability work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to adapt, prioritise and deliver in a changing business environment
- Excellent communication skills
