Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in multiple HRIS transformation projects. Reporting to the HRIS Project Manager, you will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams to gather, map, and document requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting gap analysis, recommending process improvements, and supporting the replatforming of key HRIS components. You will also facilitate workshops, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to validate solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HRIS projects. A strong understanding of HR processes, payroll outsourcing, and system integrations is essential. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is required. You must be able to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and a certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous.
