About the role
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning / Laundry Staff to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, with various shifts available.
In this important role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents by carrying out cleaning and laundry duties to a high standard.
Your work will directly contribute to the health, comfort, and wellbeing of everyone in our aged care community.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning tasks throughout the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment.
Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linen and clothing for residents and the facility.
Maintain cleaning and laundry equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns as required.
About you
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage tasks independently and follow schedules.
Detail-oriented and thorough, ensuring all cleaning and laundry duties are completed to a high standard.
Caring and respectful, with a genuine interest in supporting the comfort and wellbeing of aged care residents.
Physically capable, able to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Team player, willing to work collaboratively with other staff and follow workplace procedures and safety guidelines.
