New Care Services is a growing and dedicated not-for-profit organisation committed to providing exceptional in-home care and support.
We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the life our Aged Care, Disability and Veteran clients. If you are an Enrolled Nurse (EN), Assistant in Nursing (AIN), or Personal Care Worker (PCW) looking for a rewarding opportunity to support our client to live independently at home, we encourage you to apply.
We are looking for staff who can fill shifts over a seven day a week period. Casual positions are available.
Your Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our client, enabling independence and wellbeing in home and the community. Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing respectful and person-centred personal care.
* Assisting with and administering medications according to individual care plan.
* Delivering professional medical care within your scope of Practice (ENs).
* Providing sensitive and effective continence care.
* Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation.

Who We Are Looking For:
* Enrolled Nurses (EN) with current AHPRA registration.
* Assistants in Nursing (AIN) with relevant qualifications and experience.
* Personal Care Workers (PCW) with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
* Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling Competency (or ability to obtain).
* Candidates with HLTHPS006- Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded.

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (highly desirable).
