Job Description:
The lifestyle coordinator role is a high-quality care provider for the elderly. The successful candidate will encourage resident participation and lead lifestyle activities in a supportive environment.
This position requires a competitive pay rate of $38.10 per hour, benefits including paid parental leave and NDIS clearance requirements.
The lifestyle coordinator will work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of the elderly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and lead engaging lifestyle activities for residents
* Promote social interaction and community engagement among residents
* Develop and implement tailored programs catering to the needs of the elderly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a passion for working with the elderly.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field is preferred, along with relevant qualifications or certifications.
