DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end‐stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands‐on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‐sustaining dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver protected, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
* Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
* Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
* Record vital signs and patient data
* Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
* Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
* Accredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
* Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
* Willing to float between local clinics if needed
* Versatile schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or other healthcare experience
