We are looking for a customer‐facing Business Analyst (Project Lead) based in Sydney and/or Brisbane to drive business outcomes, shape solutions, influence stakeholders and manage ambiguity across complex systems involving the implementation of SaaS solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day activities reporting to the Project Manager
* Define problem statements and requirements
* Work with solution leads/architects to design solutions including reporting, data models, automations and integrations
* Lead stakeholder alignment across business and technology
* Own end‐to‐end requirements delivery
* Challenge assumptions and propose better solutions
* Translate business goals into measurable outcomes
* Lead testing of the solution and support Customer UAT
* Mentor junior resources

Qualifications
* Business analysis experience of 7+ years
* Strong BABOK understanding
* Strong stakeholder management, including challenging stakeholders
* Systems thinking and data‐driven decision making
* Advanced requirement elicitation and analysis
* Detailed solution design development
* Exposure or experience with RPA, automations and integrations
* Concern and blocker identification and mitigation
* Commercial awareness
* Proficient using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience or exposure to Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SafetyCulture, Workato, Power BI, Tableau, Looker preferred
