We are seeking an experienced Quality Specialist / Test Specialist with strong ServiceNow experience to join a high-performing enterprise testing and quality assurance team supporting a major Australian Government transformation program.
This role will see you working closely with multidisciplinary delivery teams and business stakeholders to uplift testing practices and support the rapid rollout of ServiceNow applications within a complex environment.
Key responsibilities include advising on leading testing and quality assurance practices, defining and executing test plans and test cases, and developing testing dashboards to support clear reporting and visibility across the program.
You will play an important role in refining user stories and acceptance criteria for business applications, working closely with business analysts to improve standards and overall quality of delivery. The role also involves contributing to the development and maintenance of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and supporting integration and automation testing, particularly across API integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in testing within ServiceNow implementations
* Strong knowledge of enterprise testing and quality assurance practices
* Experience working in complex, multidisciplinary delivery environments
* The ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
