Responsibilities:

* Conduct site operations in strict accordance with program contracts and statements of work.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and Thermo Fisher staff.
* Ensure compliance with asset management and service programs, including inventory management.
* Accurately input data into the Maximo database, focusing on asset induction and service requests.
* Monitor service activities and customer concerns, ensuring timeliness and quality.
* Schedule and facilitate site service visits and escort engineers into laboratories.
* Review field service reports and invoices, emphasizing financial and technical accuracy.
* Assist with problem resolutions and customer concerns as needed.
* Support the development of quarterly business reviews and participate in meetings.
* May be required to assist with minor fixes to laboratory equipment, such as the replacement of tubing, O-rings, gaskets, etc.


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proficient in English.
* 1-2 years of industry experience in related fields.
* Experience in GMP environment.
* Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in related software.
* Experience in customer-facing roles.
* Strong dedication to customer happiness and relationship building.
* Effective communication skills to interact with engineers, suppliers, and partners.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Working Conditions:

* Primarily work at customer locations, including office and laboratory environments.
* Engage in physical activities such as walking, sitting, lifting, and PC work.
* Adhere to safety procedures and wear necessary PPE in certain areas.
* May travel for meetings and training as required.
