The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth, we have a new opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the team. With your expertise, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
As a proactive project administrator, you will oversee project documentation and reporting, coordinate rosters and timesheets, support payroll and procurement, and collaborate with Project Managers and Supervisors to meet project deadlines. You will also support the onboarding process and training coordination for new starters, as well as provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and delivery teams.
As a highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail, you will proactively look for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency across the team. Your ability to prioritise competing deadlines, maintain accuracy, and communicate effectively will make you an invaluable part of our operations. This is a 12‐month contract role with potential for extension or permanency.
Key Selection Criteria
* Previous experience in a similar project administration role, ideally within civil construction or utilities
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
