This is more than just a job, it's your chance to make a meaningful difference every day.If so, we're looking for a Career Coach to join our team in Northam WA and supporting other locations in the Midlands/Wheatbelt Region: Merredin, Moora.ResponsibilitiesEmpowering Individuals: Guide participants through their employment journey—from creating tailored support plans to resume writing, interview coaching, and workplace communication.Driving Systemic Change: Identify and report broader issues that impact employment inclusion, contributing to advocacy efforts that shape better policies and practices.Managing Your Caseload: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program guidelines while delivering exceptional support.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: Proven background working with and advocating for people with disability, with a solid understanding of social justice and human rights.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse communities.
Organised, tech-savvy, and a natural problem-solver.Knowledge: Familiarity with the disability sector, including Inclusive Employment Australia (or DES), NDIS, and relevant legislation.
Experience in employment services and coaching is a plus.Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Services, Social Work, Community Services, or equivalent experience and training will be highly regardedWhy Join TAG?
