What You'll DoFacilitate the distribution of sales / events leads to appropriate Sales & Events CoordinatorsAssist in coordinating, organising and confirming ‘finals’ for guests; final arrangements for events; final payments for eventsProcess payments, including handling refund and booking transfer requestsMaintain data integrity of sales records and guest profilesProvide excellent customer service in every interaction with guests and venue teamsManage time and tasks productively, with a high level of attention to detailSupport the broader Sales & Events teams by keeping sales data updated and accurateWhat You've GotPrevious administrative experience in a high-volume environmentNatural ability to be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasksProficient in email management and data entryDemonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWell organised planner who works well under timeline pressuresProactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitudeProven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholdersA burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!Keen?If you're curious to explore, energetic about guests, and heart-working for our fun-loving communities, Funlab is the place for you – and you’re the Motherfunner for us!Don’t self-reject !
