Are you someone who loves helping people, enjoys staying organised, and brings a positive attitude to everything you do? We're looking for a warm, friendly and people-focused Rostering & Administration Coordinator to join our Disability Services team and support services across the Border Riverina region.
In this role, you'll play a meaningful part in the lives of our participants by helping ensure the right supports are in place at the right time. You'll coordinate staff rosters, support our frontline teams, and be a welcoming, reassuring first point of contact for participants, families, staff and visitors.
No two days are the same, so this role suits someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working alongside others in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating and managing participant schedules and staff rosters that balance participant needs, staff availability and funding
* Using your knowledge of the SCHADS Award to support fair, compliant and efficient rostering
* Responding to changes with flexibility, care and clear communication
* Providing friendly, professional front-of-house service via phone, reception and counter enquiries
* Keeping records, documentation and scheduling systems accurate and up to date
* Supporting care team meetings, including taking minutes and sharing information
* Building genuine, respectful relationships with participants, families, carers, allied health professionals and colleagues
* Supporting policies, procedures and workplace safety requirements
* Helping out across Community Accessability locations when needed

* Someone with rostering or administration experience who enjoys supporting others
* A naturally friendly communicator with a great phone manner
* Organised, reliable and calm, even when things get busy
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
* Flexible, adaptable and open to learning
* Values kindness, respect and teamwork
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Certificate III or higher in Administration, Business or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
* At least 1 year experience in an administration role
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Victorian Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in the NDIS or disability sector (highly regarded)
* Rostering or workforce coordination experience (highly regarded)
