We're looking for experienced and aspiring Tour Guides to join our Alice Springs–based team delivering unforgettable Red Centre day tours and multi-day camping adventures.

About the gig:
You'll be the face of our tours, responsible for creating safe, engaging, and memorable experiences across iconic Red Centre destinations including Uluru-Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon, West MacDonnell Ranges, and surrounds.
Tours include:
* Full and half-day sightseeing tours
* Multi-day swag and camping tours
* Small group, immersive outback experiences
The offer:
* Great Salary $420 - $500 a day + Super
* Expected earnings are between $70,000 - $95,000 per year. (depends how much work you want)
* Staying at our own Safari Camps in Uluru, Kings Canyon and The West Macdonell Ranges
* Ability to move around the country guiding (with Autopia Tours) with the seasons if you choose.
* Full training provided
What We're Looking For
Experienced Guides
* Previous tour guiding experience (day or multi-day tours preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Central Australia or similar remote regions
* Confident public speaking and group leadership skills
Entry-Level / Non-Experienced Guides
* A genuine passion for travel, nature, and people
* Willingness to learn and develop guiding skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Outdoor or hospitality experience highly regarded
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver Licence (LR or higher highly regarded)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and multi-day trips
* Physical ability to assist with camping and outdoor activities
* Legal right to work in Australia
