Job Title:
Restaurant Management Executive
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Venue Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily operations, manage day-to-day restaurant activities, and work closely with the Head Chef to balance outstanding food and service with strong financial performance.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar operations, venue or restaurant management role, with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, train and motivate staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
* Lead and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards.
* Partner with the Head Chef to create a first-class dining experience for guests.
* Report on key performance indicators, including financial performance, customer feedback, and quality assurance.
* Recruit, train, and (when required) performance manage staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar operations, venue or restaurant management role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train and motivate staff.
* Solid financial management skills – reporting, cost control, hitting targets.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
* A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
