We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Warrnambool, Australia. * Process inbound phone and online sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Provide outstanding in-store customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with empathy and clarity
* Manage order processing, fulfillment, and receipt of incoming inventory
* Pick and prepare purchase orders accurately and promptly
* Maintain showroom merchandising, pricing, and displays to ensure an organized, inviting customer experience
* Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and support collective goals
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and follow-up
* Demonstrate product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with resilience and a solution-oriented approach
