We're currently seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team at Consolidated Minerals. This is a fantastic prospect to play a key role in attracting top talent across both site-based and corporate functions.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Advisor - People & Culture, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across our business. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, from advertising through to offer.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support future workforce planning.
* Conduct regular site visits to foster solid relationships and gain insights into operational recruitment requirements.
* Support the development and execution of workforce planning strategies.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment of blue and white-collar positions, ideally within the mining or resources sector.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid‐paced environment.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for finding the right people for the right roles.
* Pro‐active nature, with the ability to meet operational deadlines.
* High attention to detail and excellent record‐keeping skills.
* Exposure to Workforce Planning and high-volume recruitment.
