About the Role
* Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver end-to-end performance and development programs that meet organisational needs.
* Build and implement strategic workforce frameworks and tools to support business objectives.
* Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement surveys and actions.
