Position Summary
In this role you will support Digital Technology initiatives across multiple projects, gathering requirements, engaging with stakeholders and vendors, and coordinating technical solutions.
A day in the life...
Working autonomously across technologies, you will:
* Define and deliver the Oceania Digital & Social technical roadmap.
* Manage customer expectations and satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
* Provide technology, project management, privacy and security expertise for digital components of brand marketing plans.
* Develop functional specifications, process maps, integration specifications, and reporting requirements.
* Manage third‐party and partner relationships (Digital Agency, Software Vendors) and integrate with our digital solution architecture.
* Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of application life cycles.
* Advise on the practicability of alternatives, balancing technical limits with operational realities to meet brand digital plans and marketing needs.
* Reinforce IT governance and Nestlé digital standards and guidelines.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing teams on evolving digital technologies and social/media channels.
* Investigate requirements and specify effective business processes, with implementation in digital and information systems.
* Ensure the business is aware of upcoming and deployed digital capabilities and seek opportunities for maximization.
What will make you successful
* Strong teamwork and a proven track record of delivering results in high‐pressure, dynamic environments.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 3+ years of experience in IT, preferably in DevOps and digital marketing tech within a global environment and virtual teams.
* In‐market knowledge of the IT and digital landscape, web technologies (CMS, web analytics, SEO, SEM, etc.), data marketing (CRM, call‐centre systems), and mobile apps.
* Working knowledge of:
o Web Application Firewalls and DNS management.
o SQL for database interrogation.
o eCommerce & Website Content Management Systems (Hybris, Sitecore, Drupal, Shopify, Magento, Pantheon).
o Digital web and mobile technologies for marketing and analytics.
o Application integration with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Studio & SAP Gigya.
o Project management of medium‐scale projects.
o Designing integration specifications and data models with platforms such as Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Social Cloud, SAP Gigya, SAP Hybris & Google Data Studio.
o Basic programming code proficiency.
* Problem‐management and resolution skills.
* Effective communication and presentation skills for building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors across the globe.
* Flexibility to participate in teleconferences and activities outside standard business hours because stakeholders are in multiple time zones.
* Ability to work flexibly, including working from home, to balance professional commitments.
