Field Service Manager Opportunity
This is a leadership role where you will oversee the effective management and coordination of field-based teams delivering maintenance, installation, or technical services to clients. You will ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in all operational activities.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a management or coordinator role, with a strong focus on safety and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Health & Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all operational personnel under your authority.
* Safety Leadership: Identify and resolve safety issues, educate staff on safe work practices, and ensure compliance with safe systems of work.
* Workforce Allocation: Provide appropriately skilled and inducted labour for scheduled and shutdown work.
* Operational Performance: Lead your area to meet productivity, revenue, and profitability targets.
* Capability Development: Identify training needs and build workforce capability to meet labour requirements and staff compliance.
