Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including wages, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax and employment legislation
- Respond to employee queries and provide clear, professional support
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processes and reporting
- Support audits, reconciliations, and system enhancements
- Other ad hoc tasks
Profile
You're an experienced payroll professional with at least 2 years of end-to-end processing experience. You bring strong knowledge of payroll legislation, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You enjoy working in a collaborative team, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering a great employee experience. Chris 21 experience will be looked upon favourably but is not a prerequisite.
