TASKS
* Conduct feasibility modelling and accurately manage ongoing cashflow forecasts for investments
* Assist with investment analysis and initial due diligence
* Prepare credit papers and asset management reports
* Assist in the deal execution process
* Prepare investor papers and periodic updates on deals
* Ensure internal investment information is regularly updated
* Liaise and work with supporting business units to ensure deals are executed properly
* Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, investors and other stakeholders
* Conduct site visits when necessary
* Conduct market research for team/investor briefings
CANDIDATE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* 2-4 years of experience in a financial institution (i.e. bank, real estate fund manager or within the finance arm of a large developer/builder)
* Degree in Business, Commerce, Law or Property (preferred)
* Very strong excel modelling and analytical skills
* Familiar with commercial real estate concepts, valuations and QS reports
* Demonstrated ability to manage financial data, project diaries and deal documentation
* Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
