Community Recovery Leadership Role
The role of Principal Community Recovery Officer is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading the development and implementation of community recovery strategic plans in Far North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have expertise in disaster management planning, with strong collaboration skills to work with local services including councils and state government agencies. They will be expected to lead the development and implementation of community recovery strategic plans, while representing the department in disaster management groups, forums, workshops etc.
