The Role
Genesis Fitness Club - Kelmscott is on the search for amazing group fitness instructors to teach at our Centre, specifically for Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, Boxing, and RPM / Spin classes.
You may also be required to complete a few shifts on the gym floor delivering high levels of customer service and support to our members who can deliver programs and personal training to members on an as needs basis.
Responsibilities
Teach Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, Boxing, and RPM/Spin classes. Deliver high levels of customer service and support to members on a needs basis. Support other members and staff in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
Qualifications and Skills
* A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
* Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL)
* Current fitness registration
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Relevant Program Certification (eg - Body Pump and Pilates)
* Working with Children's Check
* Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
* Driven to success with a friendly can-do attitude
* Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
Previous industry experience is highly regarded
