About the Role
Davies Stewart are partnering with Stark Bauen to recruit for a Concrete Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for running the site and project completion, delivering on the assigned projects from project award date through to execution within budget.
As the supervisor, you will be working on structural concrete jobs across Adelaide, working on commercial construction sites, school building sites and industrial builds.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to site personnel ensuring project team is working efficiently and effectively
* Daily site reporting of program impacts, client instructions, resourcing, plant usage, weather impacts and site issues
* Checking designs and details on plans, any problems to be followed up and resolved with the project manager
* Assess plant and labour resource requirements for project and communicate recommendations
* Submission of delays, claims, variations and notices to clients in accordance with document
* Manage project relations, liaising with the Project Manager where required
* Support toolbox meetings and other communications relevant to the project occur as required
Skills & Experience
* Construction/Civil trade qualified, with knowledge of construction processes and structural concrete experience
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor
* Hold a current a current driver's license
* Demonstrated experience in Management of all site activities for the whole of the project, including construction scheduling and managing construction sites
* Ability to identify, manage and resolve issues as they arise during the course of a project
* Understand drawings and contract documents
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
