Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, family-run hospitality business to find a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager for their busy Oakleigh location.
With over two decades of success, this business is loved for its authentic service, loyal customer base, and strong community ties. As Restaurant Manager, you'll take the lead in running daily operations, managing a high-performing team, and continuing to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing:
* Oversee full store operations – front and back of house
* Lead, develop, and inspire a tight-knit team
* Drive exceptional customer service standards
* Manage rosters, stock levels, and labour costs
* Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S and council regulations
* Monitor COGS and assist with budgeting and reporting
* Handle customer issues and feedback professionally
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What you'll need:
* Proven Restaurant Manager experience or in a senior hospitality leadership role (QSR experience highly regarded)
* Greek-speaking highly desirable
* Confident team management and leadership skills
* Strong operational and business acumen
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* RSA required; Food Safety Supervisor certificate preferred
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
