We're seeking an experienced candidate to join our Melbourne team. This role offers the opportunity to become a key contributor to our logistics operations. This role is based full-time Tullamarine.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end processing of international and domestic freight shipments
* Ensure accurate recording and efficient handling of all shipments to maintain exceptional customer service standards
* Liaise directly with customers, agents, and suppliers to coordinate timely completion of tasks
* Utilise CargoWise software to process jobs from registration through to invoicing and reporting
* Prepare documentation, lodge air/sea cargo reports, coordinate carrier bookings, and manage delivery scheduling
* Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders throughout the shipping process
Essential Requirements
* 2 years minimum experience in the freight forwarding industry
* Experience in the "End to End" processing of Shipments including documentation preparation, cargo reporting, carrier booking, invoice processing, customer communication, and delivery coordination
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced data entry capabilities
* Competency with Microsoft Office suite
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of Incoterms
* Proficiency in CargoWise software (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
