Expert F&B Service Professional
The position entails providing exceptional food and beverage services to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner.
* Process orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
* Ensure timely, accurate service with high standards of presentation.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering and restocking, and optimize stock rotation to minimize waste.
* Maintain cleanliness and quality by polishing cutlery and other items.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
* Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly.
