We're partnering with a highly regarded residential home builder to find a hands‐on IT Services & Systems Technician to support a growing, multi‐site business across NSW.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety. From troubleshooting day‐to‐day tech issues to supporting systems that keep sales, construction, and service teams running smoothly across 14+ regions.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing desk‐side and remote IT support across the business
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
* Setting up and maintaining laptops, workstations, and peripherals
* Managing user accounts, access, and onboarding/offboarding
* Supporting Microsoft 365 and core business applications
* Assisting with system security, updates, and infrastructure monitoring
* Helping roll out new tools and guiding users on best practice
What we're looking for:
* Solid experience with Windows, macOS, and general IT support
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals
* Strong problem‐solving mindset and a proactive approach
* Confident communicator who can support non‐technical users
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
Nice to have (not essential):
* CompTIA A+ / Network+
* Microsoft certifications
