Role: Quality Assurance and Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Location: Perth All Areas (Primarily On-Road)
Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 4–5 hours per day
Pay: $40–$55 per hour + super + car allowance (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance and Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our growing team in a part-time capacity, specialising in gym and fitness centre environments. This is a mobile, on-the-road role where you'll be responsible for conducting cleaning inspections across approximately 20 sites, building strong client relationships, and ensuring OCE's high service standards are met consistently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, movement, people, and making a real difference in the presentation and functionality of spaces that promote health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular cleaning audits and inspections across 20 gym sites (areas range from Success to Butler).
* Meet onsite with clients to discuss cleanliness standards and improvements.
* Attend video meetings with clients for regional/remote sites.
* Complete detailed audit reports and document findings.
* Escalate any issues or client feedback through OCE's ticketing and client portal system.
* Liaise with internal teams to support continuous service improvement.
* Drive between sites daily (fuel allowance included).
What We're Looking For:
We're open to both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates who are willing to learn and have a can-do attitude. Training will be provided for the right person.
Essential:
* A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence (travel allowance provided).
* Strong communication skills – able to hold professional conversations and build rapport.
* Exceptional attention to detail – able to spot what others might miss.
* Able to work unsupervised with strong time management skills.
* Tech savvy enough to complete reports and use video conferencing tools.
Bonus if you have:
* Experience in cleaning/facilities/health environments.
* Familiarity with gyms or gym hygiene expectations.
* Previous auditing or inspection experience.
