The
** Employer Engagement Team Lead** is a key position that will be required to build relationships with a range of medium to large employers, job seekers and community stakeholders to gain and maintain meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes, with a focus on generating and fostering new partnerships with identified employers and provide a tailored and efficient wrap around service to support their recruitment needs.
The
**Employer Engagement Team Lead** will be critical to inspiring and leading high performance and professionalism through a supportive and mentoring approach across a designated team of Employer Engagement Partners. Working across both DES and the Workforce Australia contracts, this position will be required to measure and manage performance, provide direction and support, with an emphasis on building a trusting, professional and positive team culture.
**You will have these (Essential)**
Proven experience in leadership or informal leadership positions and an ability to lead by example in a way that created a trusted, positive and collaborative environment focussed on driving performance and ownership of outcomes
Ability to navigate sensitive and complex issues and conversations to meet positive outcomes objectives
Demonstrated experience within Employment Services, with exposure to either Workforce Australia or Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies
Ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this
Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
Demonstrated high level professionalism, attention to detail and compliance focussed
Ability to work within stringent KPI's and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets
Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
Sound computer literacy and data management skills
Current Drivers Licence

Qualifications in Employment Services or Marketing would be advantageous
Solid experience in Employment Services and an understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment
Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and procedures
Satisfactory completion of Police Check/s
