About The Role
The City of Sydney's Sustainable Sydney 2030-2050 vision is for a sustainable future where everyone does their part to respond to the climate emergency. The Sustainable & Resilient City team (formerly the Sustainability Programs Unit) helps deliver this vision and our Environmental, Resilience and Waste & Circular Materials Strategies. By engaging business and communities through programs, partnerships, grants and advocacy, we support the transition to a more sustainable and resilient Sydney.
This is an exciting time for the team as we refresh our roles to align with the evolution of our programs and partnerships. We're looking for exceptional candidates that are keen to innovate, scale transformational outcomes and accelerate progress to our ambitious targets.
This role contributes to our environmental targets and resilience goals by supporting our collaboration with business partners helping to develop new initiatives and evolve existing partnerships to scale environmental and resilience outcomes.
We're looking for someone with experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders on collaboration projects, project management and administration, and planning events and workshops.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
