**To be successful in the role, you will be required the following**:
- Ability to provide companionship and emotional support and community service to the client.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organizational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
- Availability every Mon and Fri, from 1:30pm to 8pm
- Previous experience working as support worker.
**Essential Requirements**
- Can communicate by Spanish.
- Looking for energetic and skilled support workers.
- Good communication skills.
- Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
**Base pay**
From $30.61 per hour

**Salary**: Up to $38.00 per hour
