In this dynamic role, you'll also deliver orientation, education, and training to foster a skilled and innovative workforce, ensuring SA Pharmacy remains at the forefront of evidence-based practices. Working closely with the Director and Associate Director of Pharmacy, you'll oversee policy analysis, relationship management, and the implementation of strategies that drive optimal health outcomes. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team. You will bring strong leadership, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to drive excellence in pharmacy services and business systems.
- **Leadership and Communication**: Exceptional leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and lead through change.
- **Experience and Expertise**: Proven experience in clinical or non-clinical pharmacy services, policy development, process improvement, and managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of medication management systems, contemporary pharmaceutical practices, and relevant government policies and regulations.
- **Team and Stakeholder Engagement**: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration, and lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
