We're looking for a Communications and Events Specialist to join a purpose-driven team working to create meaningful change in the community.

You'll work closely with key team members across communications, fundraising, and community engagement to deliver compelling content and high-impact events.
What You'll Do Support and execute communication strategies across digital, social, print, and media channels Create engaging content including articles, newsletters, social media posts, and campaign materials Manage website updates and email marketing campaigns Ensure consistency in brand and messaging across all platforms Coordinate and deliver a range of events, from community celebrations to fundraising initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to bring to life key campaigns and initiatives What You'll Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience in content creation and storytelling across multiple channels Proven ability to plan and execute events Excellent organisational and time management skills A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to working across teams A genuine passion for making a difference in the not-for-profit sector Full working rights in Australia and availability to start immediately in a contract role (with potential for longer-term commitment) The role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a purpose-led, community-focused organisation.
