An opportunity has presented itself to join our fast growing shower screen and wardrobe business as an Administration Support Officer at our Penrith Branch to service the Sydney metropolitan, South Coast and Central Coast areas.
About the Role:
We're looking for someone to maintain exceptional levels of service by ensuring the Company is delivering on contractual agreements. Reporting directly to the General Manger working as part of a team your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Answering incoming calls
* Purchasing
* Data entry
* Daily reporting on sales & orders
* Liaison with Key Account supervisors regarding site measures and installations
To Be Successful You Must Have:
* Experience within an office environment (Shower Screens & Wardrobes industry highly regarded)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong Administration skills
* Confident & Friendly personality
* Attention to detail
* Able to work within a team or independently
* Experience using MYOB & MS Office applications
* Have own transport
