**Hey You**:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic **Personal Care Worker** to assist our clients to enhance their quality of life!
In this role you will provide person centred support and care, promote wellness and reablement and respect clients choices and lifestyle preferences.
**Key responsibilities may include, but not be limited to**:
- Provide support and assistance to the client in accordance with their established care plans;
- Support involvement in social and recreational activities;
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication, cleaning, meal preparation.
**This is a Part time position (we are asking for 20 hours of your commitment per week), based in Ballarat, Victoria.**
**About You**:
Our ideal **Personal Care Worker** will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to build relationships and a genuine caring nature;
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills with the ability to priorities and multitask;
- Basic computer and technology skills.
**You will also meet the following essential criteria**:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or be working towards Nursing qualification);
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate;
- Current Australian Drivers license and registered vehicle;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain;
