About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team at our modern Molendinar facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.
You'll be working with industry-leading Trumpf and Amada equipment, producing high-quality components for a wide range of customers.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual with a positive attitude and demonstrated experience operating CNC Press Brake machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Setting up and operating CNC Press Brake machines in line with daily production schedules
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and standard operating procedures
* Performing quality checks using precision measuring equipment
* Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Contributing positively to a collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience operating CNC Press Brake machinery
* Experience with Trumpf or Amada machines highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Good understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Forklift licence (or the ability to gain one)
* Reliable work ethic and strong communication skills
