Responsibilities
* Work full‐time morning shifts in a fast‐paced environment as a barista.
* Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
* Support front‐line duties: greet customers, take orders, roll burritos, restock fridges, basic food prep, clear tables.
* Learn other roles across the team and gain exposure to all aspects of the busy GYG business.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality venues or quick‐paced environments is helpful but not essential.
* 1+ year barista experience preferred; previous barista qualification highly regarded.
* Strong communication and guest service skills.
* Openness to coaching, a "can do" attitude, and reliability in following through.
