Front of House Supervisor – The Dunes, Ocean Grove

We're chasing a Front of House Supervisor to join our busy, beachside venue in Ocean Grove. This role can be full-time, part-time, or casual — we'll work around the right person.
What you'll be doing
* Leading service and supporting the FOH team during busy shifts
* Keeping day-to-day ops smooth with a focus on great guest service
* Training, mentoring, and motivating junior staff
* Helping with floor admin (rosters, cash-ups, closes)
* Working closely with management to keep standards sharp

* Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
* Hands-on leader who leads by example
* Strong comms and organisation
* High attention to detail in service and presentation
* Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
