About the Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Tweed Heads team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face‑to‑face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back‑office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
This role may include shifts to be worked at other Gold Coast clinics including Robina and Burleigh Waters.
About You
* Flexibility in working hours.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
* Adaptability to various databases and systems.
* Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
