Do Work That Matters As a Relationship Executive, you'll manage a diversified portfolio across commercial and home lending.
you'll deliver tailored solutions to businesses with turnover between $30 million –$50 million and lending needs of $10 million–$50 million.
You'll start with an established client base, delivering exceptional service while driving new client acquisition and identifying growth opportunities.
What You will Do Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice Leverage your network and referral partners to identify and convert new-to-bank opportunities Deeply understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions Lead deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex transactions Represent CommBank across the region, building your professional profile and presence in industry and the community What We Are Looking For Proven success in building and leading a high-performing Commercial Banking portfolio Strong experience in commercial lending and credit structuring Deep understanding of banking products, services, and client needs Trusted relationships within the local business community Advanced financial analysis skills, with expertise in interpreting financial statements and cash-flow drivers Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving new business Evidence of successful peer collaboration as part of a close-knit and dynamic team We offer flexible working, supporting work-life balance and a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
