**An exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer has become available working within a sought-after government department With a high rate and contract length with potential to extend**

**Your Role**:
As the Administration Officer you will provide administrative support for the organisation, whilst being a point of contact for enquires.

**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:

- You will provide administrative duties including record keeping, data entry, customer enquiries and bookings.
- You will prepare and organise documents including minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- You will respond to internal and external enquiries.
- You will assist with audits, investigations, and inspections.
- You will support a range of administration activities from stakeholders.
- You will organise and records tools, equipment, and materials.
- You will coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- You will process and maintain data entry and record management.
- You will manage a range of communication channels.

**Your Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems.
- Organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
- Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Communication skills with a customer focus for service delivery.
- Initiative and accuracy in data entry.
- Confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive or personal matters.
