We are seeking a talented and experienced Cluster Manager to lead and inspire our NSW Boutiques to success.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, establishing strong relationships, and driving sales results across multiple locations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Becoming a pivotal brand ambassador, upholding company policies and procedures
* Effectively managing your Boutique, leading by example, and driving exceptional client experiences
* Driving a commercial mindset for your team, ensuring they meet Key Performance Indicators
* Inspiring and motivating your team, identifying individual potential, and facilitating developmental opportunities
* Cultivating a positive team culture that promotes high employee performance and a client-centric approach
Requirements
* Proven Experience:
* A proven track record in a multi-site retail management role, preferably in luxury fashion or Australian design
* Skills and Qualifications:
* A client-centric customer service approach
* Success in team member coaching or development
