We are looking for a skilled Civil Construction Worker to join our team.
About the Role
You’ll work as part of a tight-knit crew on a variety of civil projects around Melbourne. Your daily tasks will include:
- Pit Building – construction of council, VicRoads, and structural pits
- Formworking & Steel Fixing – preparing, tying, and installing reinforcement
- General Civil Works – contributing to high-quality project delivery
- Excavator Operation – an excavator ticket is highly regarded
What We’re Looking For
We want a reliable team player who takes pride in their work and is committed to safety and professionalism on site.
Essential:
✅ Civil Construction experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
✅ Driver’s licence and reliable transport
✅ Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
Highly Regarded:
➕ Excavator ticket (but not essential)
➕ White Card
➕ Experience with Melbourne Water / VicRoads projects
