The Role
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role sits at the heart of how Voomie shows up in the world - from the emails landing in our customers' inboxes, to the ads stopping them mid-scroll, to the packaging arriving on their doorstep. Every asset you produce is a touchpoint, and getting it right matters.
You'll work closely with our Marketing and Brand Director, who will set the creative direction and provide brand guidance across campaigns and BAU. Your job is to bring that vision to life - taking concepts, copy, and creative briefs and turning them into polished, on-brand assets efficiently and with care. You'll need to think critically about what you're producing, maintain an obsessive eye for brand consistency, and move with the kind of pace a fast-scaling brand demands.
Beyond the day-to-day execution, you'll play a key role in supporting campaign moments, product launches, promotional periods, seasonal pushes, where the volume ramps up and the quality bar stays just as high. You'll be the engine that keeps creative output moving, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and every asset lands looking and feeling unmistakably Voomie.

Key Responsibilities
Email Design
* BAU email design – dropping copy into templates and scheduling sends
* Designing static email variations once copy and concept are set
* Creating FB community email and code graphics in Canva
* Exporting and updating email templates with new shipping info, thresholds, and other updates
Social
* Working with Canva social templates – swapping copy and images for promotions
* Producing static ad variants for Facebook and Instagram once the concept is defined
* Transferring Figma social designs into Canva
* Building IG carousel designs once copy is finalised
Packaging & Print
* Packaging amends – copy updates, dimension tweaks, and label changes
* Exporting print-ready files to spec
* Iterating on packaging instruction layouts
Web Rollout
* Uploading images and icons to Shopify
* Dropping approved copy into product detail pages (PDPs)
* Small PDP image updates and banner swaps
Design Admin
* Exporting assets from Figma and setting them up in Canva
* Maintaining organised folder and file structure
* Rolling out design changes across multiple pages once direction is set
Who You'll Be Working With
You'll work directly with our Marketing & Brand Director who will set the creative direction and support your onboarding into Voomie's tools and brand world. Beyond that, you'll collaborate with our marketing and operations teams. We're a real, passionate crew - no corporate fluff, just genuine impact and teamwork.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You…
* Have 2-3 years of graphic design experience
* Are confident and fast in Figma, Adobe Suite and Canva – these are your daily tools
* Have a strong eye for detail and can maintain brand consistency across assets
* Are comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines with minimal hand-holding
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
* Communicate clearly and proactively – you flag blockers early and don't disappear
* Have experience with e-commerce or DTC brands
* Have used Shopify or Klaviyo before (bonus – we can teach you if not)
* Are familiar with Monday.com and Slack for team coordination
* Know how to prepare and export print-ready files
