About The Role
This full-time position requires a motivated and experienced retail professional capable of managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and overseeing the financial and operational performance of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and control the daily operations of the retail outlet
Lead, supervise, and train staff to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets
Manage rostering, payroll records, and staff performance appraisals
Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and company standards
Monitor revenue and expenses and prepare reports for management
Manage purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relations
Conduct store merchandising, visual presentation, and promotional activities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Implement company policies and improve operational processes
Develop local marketing strategies and seasonal promotions
Qualifications and Experience
At least 1 year of full-time experience in a management role
Proven leadership and communication skills
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and team development
